Hotel Information

The Hilton Columbus Downtown, located at 402 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215 is designated as the official Convention hotel. This is a union-built and union-operated hotel with UNITE-HERE. While you may choose to stay at another hotel, the Ohio AFL-CIO can only be helpful with any issues if you book your stay within our reserved block using the information below.

MAKING RESERVATIONS
Delegates may reserve a room within our reserved room block at the Hilton Columbus Downtown by visiting https://book.passkey.com/go/OhioAFLCIO2026 or by calling Reservations at 855-380-9591 and referencing group code 991. Room rates are $224/night + tax, King or Double Queen.

The room cut-off date is August 28, 2026.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THIRD-PARTY RESERVATIONS
Use of a third-party booking website such as Expedia, Hotels.com, Hotwire, Priceline, Booking.com, or others will prevent the Ohio AFL-CIO from assisting delegates and guests with pricing, refunds, or booking issues. Please use the reservation information provided on this page and book directly through the Hilton Columbus Downtown hotel.
